Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to MopPilot. By using our platform, you accept these terms of service. MopPilot is a platform for managing cleaning businesses, offering task management, employee handling, invoicing, and service agreements. MopPilot is operated by Morten Elmstrøm Hansen. MopPilot is not yet registered as a company, so the agreement is with him personally until a company is formed. Contact: info@moppilot.dk

2. Use of Service

You agree to use MopPilot in accordance with applicable laws and these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You may not share your login credentials with others
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

3. Subscription and Payment

MopPilot offers different subscription tiers: Starter, Professional, Business, and Enterprise. No automated payment is collected at present. There is no payment provider connected to the platform, and any billing is agreed and handled directly. This section will be replaced before automated billing is introduced.

4. Data Security

We take data security seriously and follow GDPR guidelines. Your data is stored securely and encrypted during transfer. If you register employees in MopPilot, you are the data controller for their personal data and MopPilot is your data processor. A separate data processing agreement governs that relationship and is required before employee data is processed in production. See the privacy policy for the full description.

5. Limitation of Liability

MopPilot is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service and are not liable for indirect damages or losses.

6. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
